Our team of 100+ skilled professionals operates from a modern 4,000 sq. ft. design and administrative facility, featuring 60+ workstations, secure LAN and FTP-based data storage, Microsoft server systems, and a conference room outfitted with video conferencing capabilities to ensure seamless collaboration with clients and partners.
Our 25,000+ sq. ft. manufacturing shop floor is fitted with essential machinery including turning, drilling, welding, inspection, and gauging equipment, along with an overhead crane to support large-scale assembly. We also maintain strong relationships with a network of associated vendors offering advanced capabilities like VMC, plano milling, laser cutting, horizontal boring, and more—ensuring agility, precision, and speed in execution.

Since founding Penta in 1997, Prashant Deshpande has played a pivotal role in its transformation into a leading provider of robotics and automation solution. As Chairman and Director, his strategic leadership, entrepreneurial drive, and deep industry insight have been key to the company’s sustained growth and innovation.
A mechanical engineer with over 40 years of experience, he brings expertise in robotic systems, automation, material handling, SPMs, and manufacturing system engineering. Widely respected in the business community, Mr. Deshpande continues to guide Penta with a focus on excellence, efficiency, and forward-thinking solutions.
A seasoned mechanical engineer with over three decades of experience, is a key driving force behind Penta’s technical strength, His expertise spans the design of automated welding processes, machining jigs and fixtures, press tools and inspection fixtures.
As DIrector and Technical leader, he has played a crucial role in shaping Penta’s engineering excellence. His deep domain knowledge and hands-on approach have been instrumental in delivering high-performance, precision-driven solutions that power the company’s deep domain capabilities.
